Governance
Who actually holds and safeguards Victory Financial Services Limited's funds, and how disputes or conflicts of interest are disclosed. These facts belong to Victory Financial Services Limited as a manager and apply to every fund it runs, not just this one.
- Trustee / Custodian
- CRDB Bank Plc
- A public limited liability company incorporated in the United Republic of Tanzania, licensed and supervised by the Bank of Tanzania and listed on the Dar es Salaam Stock Exchange. Provides retail, corporate, treasury, transaction-banking and capital-markets services, including securities custody, registrar services, government-securities services and related investment administration. Regulated under the Banking and Financial Institutions Act, 2006 (Act No. 5 of 2006), as amended. CRDB's written acceptance to act as Custodian is dated 29 April 2026. Custody capabilities include safekeeping of financial assets, settlement support, registrar services, government-securities administration, direct connectivity with market depositories, client servicing, custody agreements and service-level arrangements, and information systems supporting custody operations. Principal duties: hold/control the Trust Property and ensure segregation from the Manager's proprietary assets; oversee Sale, Repurchase, issue and cancellation of Units; review adequacy/application of valuation and pricing methodologies; monitor compliance with investment and borrowing limits; perform daily custody and cash reconciliations; report to Unit Holders in the annual report on the Manager's material compliance with the Trust Deed; exercise oversight and access rights over the Register maintained by the Manager.

An Investment Committee supports the Board's investment-governance framework (reviewing investment strategy, asset allocation, portfolio risk, valuation matters, liquidity, compliance with investment limits and performance against the approved benchmark) without displacing the statutory responsibilities of the Manager or Custodian.
