Open-ended collective investment unit trust scheme
Objective
To preserve capital and generate competitive income through a diversified portfolio primarily comprising government securities, money-market instruments and other fixed-income securities, with limited exposure to listed equities. The Manager will pursue a target return of up to 13% per annum over the medium to long term, subject to prevailing market conditions, interest-rate movements, liquidity conditions and portfolio performance. The target return is an investment objective and is not guaranteed.

Income distribution
The Fund is an accumulation fund. Income, interest, dividends and realised gains are retained and reinvested for the benefit of Unit Holders and reflected in NAV. No regular cash distribution is contemplated unless the Trust Deed and Offer Document are lawfully amended with CMSA approval and Unit Holders are appropriately notified.

Provides retail, corporate, treasury, transaction-banking and capital-markets services, including securities custody, registrar services, government-securities services and related investment administration. Regulated under the Banking and Financial Institutions Act, 2006 (Act No. 5 of 2006), as amended. CRDB's written acceptance to act as Custodian is dated 29 April 2026. Custody capabilities include safekeeping of financial assets, settlement support, registrar services, government-securities administration, direct connectivity with market depositories, client servicing, custody agreements and service-level arrangements, and information systems supporting custody operations. Principal duties: hold/control the Trust Property and ensure segregation from the Manager's proprietary assets; oversee Sale, Repurchase, issue and cancellation of Units; review adequacy/application of valuation and pricing methodologies; monitor compliance with investment and borrowing limits; perform daily custody and cash reconciliations; report to Unit Holders in the annual report on the Manager's material compliance with the Trust Deed; exercise oversight and access rights over the Register maintained by the Manager.
Board
Private company board (contrast UTT's government-appointed board or iTrust's private company board of a different manager). Seven-member Board of Directors: Chairperson (Non-Executive), Director and CEO, four further Non-Executive Directors, and one further Director. Functions include approving strategy, annual plans, budgets and material policies; overseeing financial reporting, internal controls and external audit; overseeing risk management, regulatory compliance, AML/CFT and conduct risk; appointing and supervising senior management; overseeing technology, information security, business continuity and operational resilience; and approving the establishment and material amendments of a Scheme, subject to CMSA approval. An Investment Committee supports the Board's investment-governance framework (reviewing investment strategy, asset allocation, portfolio risk, valuation matters, liquidity, compliance with investment limits and performance against the approved benchmark) without displacing the statutory responsibilities of the Manager or Custodian.
